The PR Cycle reference library of press releases is growing by approximately 750 new releases every day, and all new releases are included in your subscription.

Can I suspend my account for a few months?   Top
You can suspend your account at any time by notifying the company by e-mail at support@prcycle.com or contacting customer care at 925.447.6073

If I suspend my account, what happens to all my files when I resume?    Top
When you resume your subscription to PR Cycle all your files will remain intact as long as you resume your subscription using the same email address.

What are all the payment options I have for paying my subscription dues?   Top
Credit card and direct invoicing (direct invoicing only available for corporate accounts)

What is your billing cycle?   Top
Monthly subscription fees are due upfront and charged to your credit card on or around the 1st of each month.

How do i cancel my subscription and what is your refund policy?   Top
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email to support@prcycle.com or contacting our customer care at 925.447.6073. Once we receive your cancelation request, we will send you an email confirmation. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if you cancel your monthly membership before the end of the then current monthly subscription period. Your membership will run until the end of the then current month and you will be entitled to all the benefits of your current membership level.

What do I need to do if I lose my login ID or password?   Top
Your login ID is your email address. If you forgot your password you can reset it after entering your email ID by clicking on "Forgot Password?" You will then be prompted to enter your email address, and an email will be sent to you where you can reset your password after answering your "challenge question".

I have registered for a PR Cycle Account but did not receive the account activation email?   Top
If you have not received the activation email for your account, our email may have been moved to your "Spam, Junk, or Bulk" folder. Please check the spam/junk folder for the activation mail from PR Cycle. The following link can also help change your settings to allow our emails to get through the filters. http://www.prcycle.com/email_help.html.
